Competition Terms and Conditions – Online competitions

The competitions are organised by SUISA, Swiss Cooperative Society for Authors and Publishers of Music, Bellariastrasse 82, 8038 Zurich

Who can enter the competitions

The competitions are open to all adults resident in Switzerland, with the exception of employees, and their relatives, of the SUISA group, of Fondation SUISA, and of any companies commissioned by SUISA. SUISA reserves the right to disregard entries which are improper or are inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions.

Competition organisation and implementation

  • Competition winners are designated by random drawings.
  • Winners will be notified in writing.
  • If the prize is participation in an event with an overnight stay and the winner of the prize cannot attend, the prize is forfeited.
  • Prizes in the form of an event with overnight accommodation may be transferred to a third person. If the third party is unable to attend the event, the prize is forfeited.  All related financial expenses, such as rebooking costs, are for the winner’s account.
  • Prizes may not be disbursed in cash.
  • The time frame for entering a competition is indicated when the relevant competition is announced.

Data protection

  • By registering for and entering a competition, participants agree to SUISA’s Privacy Policy under: https://www.suisa.ch/en/Datenschutz.html
  • Automated emails will be sent to the email address indicated by the participant.
  • Participants agree that SUISA may use the data to notify them when they win a prize as well as for marketing purposes. Participants may revoke the authorisation given to SUISA to use their data for marketing purposes at any time by sending an email to: kommunikation@suisa.ch.
  • Winners consent that their name may be disclosed on the internet and on social media.

Other provisions

  • No correspondence will be exchanged concerning the competition.
